The pricing is as follows:

$4.00 per linear foot up to 5" tall.
Each additional inch in height is $.50 extra. Pricing per foot for heights above 5" are as follows:
6" high - $4.50/ft.
7" high -$5.00/ft.
8"high - $5.50/ft.
9"high - $6.00/ft.
